There are 2 export options for the plan, which are both accessible from the right hand side buttons:

Export Options
Click on the Export button to export in Excel format the basic plan information at your level.
The export will contain all the customers that are visible to our position both targeted and not targeted. The export will contain for each customer 1 line for each targeted Product (Disease), plus a line for total. Each line will include the Rep’s Name and Position, Covered Bricks, Customer’s MDM, Name, Brick (primary or targeted depending on the Master Plan choice), Segment, Targeted Status (TRUE| FALSE) and frequencies by channel.

NOTE If the Rep’s territory includes a shared brick the export will include all customers (with relevant segments) from that brick even though the Rep might only cover 50% of the brick.

The Adapted Plan Export is sent via email to the person who requested it. If you want to check how the email is designed check the # Adapted plan export documentation.

A more detailed export is available which makes it easy to spot changes and differences between the plan and masterplan or plan and previous plans:
The export will contain the above information broken down by manager: 2 sheets for each manager: capacity sheet (point 1) and Data sheet (points 2-4). Manager user will get a file with 2 sheets only.

NOTE that in the data sheet each targeted customer will have one line for each channel, segment and Rep. Therefore if a Customer is targeted on 2 segments and 2 channels by 2 Reps, there will be 8 lines in the dynamics export data sheet

NOTE on Frequencies
If we have an HCP which is part of 2 segments, A for Brand1 and B for Brand2, with a target of 10 for A and 7 for B on F2F channel there will be 2 lines present in the export, both having the total frequency set on the F2F channel => 17

NOTE on Segmentation Dynamics
The export only compares segments within the same segmentation. For instance, if in both the previous and planned cycles, customers were segmented based on ‘Potential’ and ‘Adoption’ for ‘Product 1,’ and in the previous cycle, ‘HCP JD’ was in segment ‘B,’ but now it’s in segment ‘A,’ both segments will be displayed in the export.
However, if the segmentation in the previous cycle was based on ‘Product 1,’ and now it’s based on ‘Product 2’ (a different segmentation), the export won’t display the previous segment. This is because we can’t compare segments from different segmentations.
