When we are missing a customer in the Customer List, that we thought should have been there, there are 3 potential reasons why that Customer is not in the list:

  1. The Customer does not have the primary / targeted address in any of our bricks
  2. The Customer was not profiled or segmented and therefore it does not have one of the targeted segments for the Team
  3. The Customer was profiled and segmented, but the resulting segment is not one targeted by the Team

Even if a Customer is not in the list due to the above reasons, CEX360 allows Reps the possibility to Add a Customer to their List by clicking the Add/Edit Customer button placed below the Filters panel.

This is a 3 step process:

  1. Search the customer or account to be added
  2. Add / Update the profiling information for the customer and review resulting segments
  3. Review and Save the changes

  1. Search Results and Update Customer Profile

The Search results will display an error message if the customer is not found or is inactive

If the customer is found:

From this screen we can understand why the customer was not in the list in the first place:

In this step if the customer does not have Profile Values on certain dimensions, we can add them. We can also update the existing values. By pressing Compute Segmens button the system will calculate the new segments for the new values introduced.
