To create or access a Product plan:

• select the Planning menu item from the Top Menu and then select Product from the pop-up menu
• select the Business Unit in which the Product Plan resides or will reside
• Inside the Business Unit (BU) you will see all the Product Plans that have been created within that BU

To create a new Product Plan click on the :new-button: Button and to View/Edit an existing plan click on the :edit: Button or anywhere on the desired Plan’s row.

Upon pressing :new-button: to create a New plan we need to specify:

• The Name: of the new plan
• The Cycle, or time period to which the plan applies. Cycles can be defined with any length (1 year, 3 months, etc)
• The Scopes: the products and diseases that are the object of the plan

NOTE that Product Plans can be edited only by the users that have the proper permissions and only if the Plan is not yet Submitted, or it has been reopened for Editing.
