To access the existing Team Plans or create a new plan first we need to access the Planning entry from the top menu and select the Team menu entry. Once we do that will see the list of active Teams in the organisation and the Business Units to which each Team belongs.

When we select one of the Teams for the list - click on its row - we can see the list of Plans for that Team.

Note that a Team Plan is associated with a cycle, so the different Plans of the same Team are differentiated by their cycle, there is no additional name given to a Plan.

In the list of plans, apart from the details of the cycle to which the plan is associated we can also see the status of the plan which can be editing (still being under development), adapt (the plan is being adapted by the reps) or finalized (plan is final and no further changes will be made, except in exceptional cases)
To view the details of the plan click on the relevant row.
To create a new Plan click the + New Button.

Create Team Plan form
When creating a new Plan we need to:
Creating an empty plan - Don’t Inherit
If we want to create a Team Plan from zero we need to select the 1st option - Don’t Inherit. All we need to do in this case is to select the cycle for which we create the plan (see notes below)
Duplicating a Plan from a previous cycle - Inherit Previous Cycle
If we want to create a plan that is similar to a plan of the same team from a previous cycle we can use this option.
