If the Plan is viewed by a Rep or Admin they will be able to make changes in the channel frequencies and use the Add / Clear Buttons. All other positions will have a read-only view.
The Customer Plan Table contains:

Customer Plan Table
Each of the channel columns will contain in the header the name of the channel and an icon with the weight associated with that channel . The channels weights will be used in calculating the weighted contacts for the customer and for the entire plan.
Weighted contacts are calculated as SUM(channel_frequency x channel_weight) on all channels
Total contacts are calculator as SUM(channel_frequency) on all channels

NOTE:
This situation may be common when the customer has 2 different specialties - i.e. pulmonologists and allergologists - and the segmentation differentiates between specialties, and therefore the customer will fall into 2 different segments.
Reps can manually edit each brand-channel or total-channel frequency:
in the shaded rectangle we can see the difference between the Rep adjusted frequency and the master plan guidance.

NOTE that whenever we make changes to the channel frequency for a customer, that customer is automatically added to the target list, if they weren’t already added.

RECOMMENDATION on how to use the weighted contacts information
Reps can and should adjust the channel frequencies recommended in the Master Plan Guidance to fit the specific Customer’s access and preferences. Ideally after adjusting the channel mix we should aim to have the same impact on the customer as recommended in the master plan. Remember from the channel weights discussion that we cannot substitute 1 interaction on a channel with 1 on a different channel - i.e. 1 Face-to-Face meeting with 1 Email - and expect to have the same impact on the customer, and channel weight help us make the equivalence between channels. The weighted contacts value represents the measure of recommended impact, and therefore after adjusting the frequencies by channel we should aim to have the same weighted contacts as in the Master Plan Guidance, even if the total contacts will be different. When looking at the weighted contacts column the value in the shaded square will display the difference between the current plan and Master Plan recommendation.

Clear Button appears at the top right of the Plan Tab if the customer has been added to the target list. Clicking the Clear ****Button will remove the customer from the target list and will bring all the channel frequencies to the Master Plan guidance values.
+Add button appears instead of the Clear button when the customer is not yet in the target list. The behaviour of this button is identical to the +Add from the Customer List.
