This page documents the new Change Details sub-tab and Change Log features introduced with Digital Twin in 2026.

Overview

The Adapted Plan Summary tab has been enhanced with a new Change Details sub-tab that provides comprehensive tracking of all changes Reps make to their DT-recommended plans. This enables both Reps and Managers to review deviations from AI recommendations and supports the new individual change approval workflow.

Change Details Sub-Tab

The Change Details sub-tab (Summary > Change Details) contains two main sections:

Statistics and Change details of the plan

Customers Targeted

Shows the journey from recommendation to final plan:

• RECOMMENDED to FINAL - how many DT customers made it into the final plan
• Adoption Rate % - the percentage of DT recommendations accepted
• Added - customers added beyond the DT list (with percentage)
• Removed - DT customers removed from the plan (with percentage)
• Modified - customers whose frequency was changed (with percentage)

Total Contacts

Shows the volume impact of changes:

• RECOMMENDED to FINAL - total contact numbers compared
• Cumulative Deviation - total numerical and percentage difference from the DT plan across all frequency changes
• By Reason for Change - breaks down deviation by reason category, showing which types of adjustments drive the most deviation from the AI plan. Useful for explaining the Rep's approach to the manager.
