This page documents the Digital Twin enhancements to the Customers Targeting screen, introduced in 2026.

Overview

With the introduction of Digital Twin (DT) AI, the Customers Targeting screen has been significantly enhanced. Reps no longer need to manually build their customer list and set frequencies from scratch — the DT pre-populates a complete call plan tailored to each Rep's territory.

Auto-Populated Customer List

When a Rep opens their Adapted Plan for a new cycle, all DT-recommended customers are automatically added to the target list. The Rep starts with a fully pre-built plan.

The customer list includes:

• All customers recommended by the Digital Twin AI
• Customers that belong to other targeted segments and are in the Rep's territory (bricks)

DT Customer Identification

DT-recommended customers are marked with a star icon (✦) next to their name. This icon appears in the customer list and the plan table.

Additional customer icons:

• Target icon — customer is in the target list
• Modified icon — customer has been modified vs. DT recommendations
• Add button — add customer to the target list
• Clear button — remove customer from the target list
