This page documents the enhancements to the Adapted Plan Status tab introduced with Digital Twin in 2026.

Overview

The Status tab in the Adapted Plan has been enhanced for managers to support the new Digital Twin review workflow.

Manager View (Team Plan Status Overview)

When a manager selects their own position, the Status tab displays:

• Team Plan Status Overview — a summary bar showing the count of plans in each state: Editing, In Review, Approved, Finalized, Vacant
• REP Position Plans table — lists each direct report with their Name, Position code, Status, Adoption Rate (new), and Actions

Team Plan Status Overview for each Rep

New: Adoption Rate Column

The Adoption Rate column shows the percentage of DT recommendations each Rep has accepted unchanged. This gives managers a quick visual indicator of how closely each Rep is following the AI recommendations.

Actions for Submitted Plans

For plans in Review (Submitted) status, managers can see Approve, Reopen, and Reject buttons.

For plans in Approved status, only the Reopen button is available.

Plans in Editing status have no action buttons — the Rep is still working on their plan.

Rep View

For Reps, the Status tab continues to show their own plan status (Plan Open, Plan Submitted, Plan Approved). The Rep can see their own Adoption Rate percentage.
