Why can’t I access any functionalities?


❓ I can log into the system, but none of the functionalities are accessible. Why is that?

❗ You don’t have an assigned position in the organization, which means you currently have no role or access privileges. Please ask your admin to assign you to a relevant position.

Why do I see a white screen when logging in?


Sometimes, when accessing the application link, the page may not load correctly and remain blank (white screen).

This typically occurs right after a new code release, when the older version of the application remains cached in the browser.

Solution:

  1. In your browser, right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.
  2. Right-click the Reload button (usually near the address bar).
  3. Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
  4. Attempt to log in again
