The Current Plan

The top row of this screen displays the full path to the current section of the plan.

It shows:

The Plan Stage

At the top of the planning screen we see a process flow with 4 steps which describe the various states through which a Plan goes: Designing the Master Plan, Reviewing the Master Plan, Adapting the Plan and Finalising the Plan

The step coloured in dark blue represents the current state of the plan. The steps before it, coloured in lighter blue represent the states already covered, and the light gray steps represent the ones that were not yet covered:

  1. Designing the Master Plan: is when the users with the right roles - SFEM, BEX, Brand Managers - define the overall guidance for the plan: who to target, with what brands on which channels, how much
