This section displays the 3 Key Indicators of the Adapted Plan that help answer the following questions:

                                                                     Key Indicators

                                                                 Key Indicators

These indicators track the progress of planning as Customers are added, edited or removed

The top bars in each graph represent the current plan, the bottom one represents the recommendations or availability. In each graph the system shows the gap (delta) between the 2.

Customers Graph:

The Customers Universe, the bottom number, is calculated as the number of all customers that have the primary address OR a targeted address for this Team - depending on the Master Plan Option chosen - in one of the current position’s bricks.

If a brick has 100 relevant customers and it is split by 2 Reps of which the current Rep has a 40% allocation, the system will count only 40 customers from that brick in the Customers Universe for the current Rep.

If a Customer falls into 2 or more segments targeted by the team, they will still be counted only once both for planned and universe.

If a customers has 2 different primary / targeted addresses - i.e. address 1 in Brick 1, for which Rep has 100% allocation and address 2 in brick 2 for which the Rep has 50% allocation, that customer will be counted as 1.5 in the universe; once or a fraction for each brick in which they have a relevant address.

Contacts Graph:

The Planned contacts in this graph represents the SUM of Total Contacts for each Selected Customer. The Capacity represents the number of contacts the Rep (position) can deliver in the planned cycle.

NOTE that if in the Master Plan Capacity the contacts / rep / day was calculated using channel weights then this number should not be compared to the one above it, but with the planned weighted contacts from the next graph, otherwise it should be compared to the Planned Contacts from the current graph.

Weighted Contacts Graph:

The Planned weighted contacts in this graph represents the SUM of Weighted Contacts for each Selected Customer. The Suggested weighted contacts is calculated as if all the customers in the available Universe were targeted with the frequencies by channel from the Master Plan Guidance and using channel weights to sum them up.
