Accounts are automatically prepopulated in CEX360 from the external Clients and Accounts database. The users of CEX360 can search / filter accounts but cannot add new ones or delete accounts.

To access the Accounts section select Setup from the top menu and then the Accounts Tab:

CEX360 does not automatically display the list of accounts as they are too many and there’s no real business need to see the list of all accounts. To see accounts we need to either:

The results of the Search / Filter will be displayed as list below and for each account we will see the Name, MDM Code and Brick. The brick information may be missing if there are no addresses associated with the account

Clicking on an account row will display the Account details in a pop-up window:

Apart from the Name and MDM code for the selected Account we can see:

Clicking the View Clients Link at the top right of the pop up will redirect us to the Setup -> Clients Tab where we can see the list of customers in that account.
