Business Cycles or Cycles represent periods of time within a year for which the affiliate as a whole or individual Business Units can create specific plans, set targets, execute and track execution. Cycles impact the organization structure and the planning processes.

That different business units in an affiliate can work on different cycle schedules, but all teams in a business unit will work on the same cycle schedule.
