In order to access CEX360 a person needs to have a user account. To see the list of existing users and create new users go to Setup in the top menu and then select the Users Tab

There we will see the list of existing users and their details. To create a new user press the +New Button

ATTENTION

Once a user is created in the system the person can login but they will NOT be able to access any of the system’s functionalities. To access system functionalities a user must be assigned to at least one position, either a position in a Team (Rep or Manager), a Business Unit position, an Observer position or a Global position. A position is associated with a Role, i.e. Rep, which dictates what the user can do in the system and also the position dictates the scope of data the user can access, i.e. Rep position can perform Rep Role actions only on the team and bricks associated to that position
