In this tab we can view the overall objectives as well as the communication objectives and messages to be delivered for the respective customer. Basically, we can look at the actual story we need to deliver to that customer.

The Customer’s Objective and Story (messages) are brought from the Product Plans inherited by this Team Plan. This information from the inherited Product Plan is filtered automatically based on the selected Customer’s Persona so it displays only the objectives and messages relevant for that customer.

The overall Customer Objective, Communication Objectives & Messages are grouped by the Product Plans Inherited by the Team Plan. For each Product Plan we see the Customer persona from that plan, the overall Customer Objective and the List of Communication Objectives and Messages from that plan.
