Overview
Similar to the Adapted Plan - Segment level view, the segment groups view has the same structure as the Master Plan Guidance - Segment Groups view table and underlines the gaps between the Adapted Plan and Master Plan at the segment group - total brands - channel granularity.
In each cell we have 2 numbers: the Adapted Plan number and in brackets we have the Master Plan Guidance number

Notes & Questions

💡
NOTE that all values from segment groups are calculated at TOTAL level and displayed into a single row per group, compared to segment level view where each segment-brand is calculated separately (excluding total for brands)

💡
The Frequency in this table may be greater if one or more customers are targeted in multiple segments.
The customer count in a group might be overestimated. This happens because if a customer belongs to two segments in the same group, they and their frequencies are counted twice. However the total number of customers, the total contacts and the weighted contacts in the last row of the table are based on unique customers.
