Overview
Has the same structure as the Master Plan Guidance - Segments view table and underlines the gaps between the Adapted Plan and Master Plan at the segment - brand - channel granularity.
In each cell we have 2 numbers: the Adapted Plan number and in brackets we have the Master Plan Guidance number

Table Structure
- Customers Columns:
- main number represents the number of customers targeted for that segment-brand-channel
- number in brackets represents the Actionable Universe from the Master Plan Guidance
- Coverage # Columns:
- main number represents the Number of Targeted Customers / Actionable Universe for that segment-channel (the 2 numbers from Customers cell divided)
- number in brackets represent the %Coverage recommended by the Master Plan Guidance
- Frequency:
- main number represents the SUM of details planned / # customers targeted on that segment-brand-channel
- number in brackets represents the recommended frequency by the Master Plan Guidance
- Total Contacts:
- main number represents the Number of Targeted Customers x Frequency for that segment-brand-channel
- number in brackets represents the recommended total contacts by the Master Plan Guidance
- Sum of Contacts:
- main number represents the simple SUM(contacts/channel) planned for all the targeted customers in that segment and on that brand across all the channels, where contacts/channel = frequency/channel x customers_targeted
- [NOT IMPLEMENTED YET] number in brackets represents the SUM of Contacts from the Master Plan Guidance
- Weighted Contacts:
- main number represents the SUM(contacts/channel x channel_weight) planned for all the targeted customers in that segment and on that brand across all the channels;
- [NOT IMPLEMENTED YET] number in brackets represents the Weighted Contacts from the Master Plan Guidance
- Weighted Contacts (%):
- main number represents the weighted contacts per segment / Total weighted contacts
- [NOT IMPLEMENTED YET] number in brackets represents the Weighted Contacts % from the Master Plan Guidance
- Weighted Frequency:
- main number represents the SUM(frequency/channel x channel_weight) planned for all the targeted customers in that segment and on that brand across all the channels;
- [NOT IMPLEMENTED YET] the number in brackets represents the Weighted Frequency from the Master Plan Guidance
- Total Row (bottom row): displays number of unique customers targeted on each channel

NOTE that the summary table does not include Total Rows for each Segment, the reason being that this value cannot be calculated because some customers will fit into multiple segments and the Reps will plan a total number of contacts for those customers (by channel) and not for each individual segment they are part of.
