There are situations where you can’t remember your account password. When this happens cover the following steps:

1. Access the CEX360 application;
2. Click the “Forgot your password?” hyperlink;

1. A new form will open where you must enter your email address and click the “Reset my password” button. As mentioned in the form, the system will send a message to your email address with a code to reset your password.

1. The reset password form will open. In it, you must enter the code you received via email and the new password.

As you enter your password, validation checks will appear. Ensure all requirements are met to proceed.

1. Click the “Change password” button.
2. You will be redirected to the Sign in page!
3. Enter your email address, and the new password and click “Sign in”.
