What is Profiling Integration?

The CEX360 Profiling Integration automatically transfers your Veeva survey responses into CEX360 dimensions, eliminating the need for manual data uploads. This feature allows you to use survey data directly in your segmentation activities.

In order for survey answers to be uploaded as profiling data in CEX360 the following steps are required:

• Map each relevant question from a selected survey to a CEX360 dimension
• when all questions are mapped, publish the mapped survey
• after publishing survey answers will be updated on selected CEX360 dimension daily, as long as the survey is still active

Managing Surveys

To access Survey Mapper, click on Profiling in the top menu and select the Survey Mapper tab.

Viewing Available Surveys

When accessing Survey Mapper, all relevant surveys are displayed. The list includes active surveys imported from COMET, as well as surveys already in CEX that have expired within the last 30 days. Older expired surveys are filtered out.

The survey table shows all your surveys with key information:

• Survey name
• Product
• Owner
• Target type
  • Client
  • Account
• Published status
• Mapped Questions (number of mapped questions out of the total)
• Current status
  • Not Started - Survey hasn't begun yet
  • In Progress - Survey is currently active and collecting responses
  • Expired - Survey period has ended
• Start and end dates
