The Team Plan Overview page provides general information about the current Team Plan:

The Overview page contains 3 important sections:

1. The Plan General Information
2. The Product Plans Inherited
3. The Team Structure for the planned cycle

The Plan General Information

This includes the team, the cycle, and the plan status.

Team Plan General Information - Overview Screen

The plan status represents the state in which the plan currently is. The state of the plan determines what actions can be made on the plan and by whom. The possible Plan States are:

1. TPEditing (Team Plan Editing) - the Master Plan is in Editing and changes can be performed on the master plan by the users with the right permissions;
2. TPAdaptPlans (Team Plan Adapt Plans) - the plan goes into this state after the Master Plan has been submitted (approved) and it means that the individual contributors (i.e. Reps) can adapt (tailor) their individual Plans;
3. TPFinalised (Team Plan Finalised) - the Team Plan has been finalised and no further changes are possible on either master plan or adapted plans.

The Product Plans Inherited

In this section - left column - we can see the list of Product Plans inherited by the current Plan and we can add or remove inherited Product Plans:

If we want to see the details for one of the inherited Product Plans we need to press the :link-button: button next to the desired Product Plan. This will open the Product Plan in a new browser Tab.If a Product Plan has been changed since the current Team Plan inherited the respective Product Plan’s information the “(has changed)” text appears next to the Product Plan’s name and also the Refresh (:refresh-red:) button appears at the top right corner of the section

Pressing Refresh (:refresh-red:) Button will delete all the data of the Team Plan and will re-import new data from the inherited Product Plans.Remember that any changes performed on a Product Plan after it was inherited by a Team Plan are NOT automatically updated in the Team Plan. The update only happens after pressing the Refresh ( :refresh-red:) Button.
