Uploading Profiling Data Points consists of 3 steps:

1. Generate and download a file template (Excel) in which the data to be uploaded must be populated
2. Fill in the data in the downloaded template
3. Upload the Profiling Data file

To generate the template in the Bottom Right panel of the Profiling Screen, select all the dimensions for which you want to upload profiling data points, then press the Download Button.

When filling in the data in the template file please pay attention to the following:

• The Name of the columns must not be altered, otherwise the upload will fail
• The MDM codes of the customers / accounts must be valid ones and represent active customers / accounts
• In the same file we must have either Customer MDM codes or Account MDM codes, but not both
• The data points in a column representing a numeric dimension must be numbers, pay attention to the decimal separator
• The data points in a column representing a categorical dimension must be text and must match one of the levels defined for the respective dimension

To upload the Profiling data we need to:

1. Choose whether we are uploading Customer Profiles or Account Profiles
2. Browse and select the file from your computer/cloud drive
3. Press Upload Button

If the name of the columns do not match the ones in the template we will receive an error message in the interface.
