Customers List

The Customer List will display all the Customers or Accounts that fit in one of the targeted segments (selected at Master Plan Setup) AND have the primary / targeted address in the bricks allocated to the current Rep position.

IMPORTANT if in the Master Plan Guidance we had selected the primary address option only the customers / accounts that have a primary address in the Rep’s bricks will be included in the list. If we had selected the targeted address option only the customers that have a targeted address for this team in the Rep’s bricks will be included in the list.

Every entry (row) in the list represents a Customer or Account for which we can see the following information:

To add a Customer to the target list we need to press the + Add button found in the Customer List next to the Customer’s name.To remove a Customer to the target list we need to press the - Clear button found in the Customer List next to the Customer’s name

NOTE that when multiple Reps share the same brick they will all the all the relevant customers in that brick and more than one Rep can target the same customer either with the same or with different frequencies for each channel

NOTE on deleted or inactive Customers / Accounts

Customer that are deleted (inactive) will not be visible in the customer list with one exception: If a customer has been targeted by a Rep for the current planning exercise and after that the Customer becomes inactive, we will still be able to see that customer in the list, however the only action we can take on an inactive customer is to remove them from the target list.

When a customer becomes inactive the universe of relevant customers is decreased by 1. If the Rep has selected all the customers in their list and then one or more become inactive, then the number of targeted customers will be higher than the universe and the planned coverage will be > 100%

Filtering the Customers List

The Customers / Accounts list can be filtered by several parameters and multiple filters can be combined to refine the results
