This document provides an overview of CEX 360s’ automated email notifications. Its goal is to help users clearly understand the types of emails they receive, their purposes, and the conditions under which they are sent.

Authentication

Invitation to CEX360

This is an invitation email to join the CEX360 application. It informs the recipient that they have been invited to the platform and provides a link to set their password. The email includes the following login details: account (PID) and username.

Reset password

This email is sent when a user requests a password reset after forgetting their account password.
