We use Content Assets in Product Planning where we can add existing content assets (already created from Setup) or we can create new ones. (Learn about content assets in the Definition of Key Concepts chapter)
In order to create Content Assets from Setup, we must firstly create Products, Product Indications and/or Diseases from Products & Diseases tab (more about this in Managing Products & Diseases chapter), communication objectives (which should be assigned to the products) and channels.
To add Content Assets, access Setup, click Content Assets tab, then click the + Create New Content Assets button:

Complete the Content Asset's fields:
