In the Master Plan Summary chapter we have 2 sections:
- The Master Plan actions: submit and reopen (detailed in Master Plan Actions)
- The Master Plan Flags
The Master Plan Flags displays the issues or potential issues with the master plan, so that they can be addressed before submitting the master plan. The issues are displayed as flags
Potential flags include:
- No segment associated with the plan, the system will not allow a master plan without at least one segment to be submitted
- No brand associated with the plan, the system will not allow a master plan without at least one brand to be submitted
- No channel associated with the plan, the system will not allow a master plan without at least one channel to be submitted
- Capacity is 0 - we should not submit a master plan when the team capacity is 0
- Total Recommended Contacts is 0 - we should not submit a master plan when the total recommended contacts is 0
- No brand per segment - signals that there is at least one segment for which we do not have a targeted brand, the system will not allow submitting a master plan having this issue
- Capacity vs Total Recommended Contacts - signals that there is a significant difference between capacity and recommended contacts, which means that either the plan is unachievable or not ambitious enough
- Capacity vs Weighted Recommended Contacts - signals that there is a significant difference between capacity and recommended contacts weighted by channel, which means that either the plan is unachievable or not ambitious enough

💡
NOTE of the last 2 flags we should consider the one that matches the way we estimated the capacity: using simple sum or using sum with channel weights
