This subchapter of the Adapted Plan allows the Reps/MSLs to select the Customers to be targeted in the planned cycle and to tailor the channel mix - frequencies by channel - to the Customer’s access (consent) and preferences.

For the above Reps position it shows the Customer level details of a Rep’s plan

Select Customers entry from the Adapted Plan chapter in the left hand side menu to access this section.

The Customers screen has 4 main sections:

  1. Filters (top left): allows the filtering of the Customer / Account list and display existing filters
  2. Key Statistics (top right): display the 3 key indicators of the plan - Customers Targeted, Contacts Planned, Weighted Contacts Planned - and how they compare to recommendations from Master Plan
  3. Customers / Account List (left): display the list of customers / accounts available for the selected Rep position and allows adding / removing them from the target list
  4. Customer Details (right): provides details and allows the tailoring of the plan (adjustment of frequencies) for the selected customer
