The Master Plan is the chapter of the Team Plan that:

  1. Setup - defining the parameters
  2. Capacity - estimating the Team’s total capacity for engagements in the target cycle
  3. Plan Guidance - defining the frequency guidelines for each segment - brand - channel
  4. Summary - reviewing any potential issues (flags) of the master plan
  5. Submitting the plan - from the Summary page

NOTE that only selected roles - i.e. SFEM, BUD, Brand Managers - have the permissions to edit the Master Plan. All other positions in the team will have read-only access to the Master Plan, and they will view it filtered at their level, i.e. a Rep will see the numbers in the Master Plan filtered at their territory level.
